What the signup form collects
If you previously joined the checkout notification list, we stored your email address, collection, signup time and consent. New checkout notification signups are closed because online ordering is available.
What you are signing up for
A past signup did not place or reserve an order. To purchase a display, choose a product, review your cart and continue to secure payment.
Your shopping cart
Your product selections, company letter, graduation year, engraving and quantities are saved for 30 days using a secure cart cookie. Your cart is available in the browser where you created it. Adding an item does not place an order. Payment details are entered on Square’s secure payment page, not stored in your cart.
Product and school inquiries
Our inquiry form stores your name, phone number, email, school or team, message and submission date so RingMark can respond. Inquiries are available to authorized RingMark staff alongside mockup requests. Email links open your email app; a message is sent only when you choose to send it. Please do not include payment card information.
Questions or removal requests
